SONSTIGES TUV gutachten fur 2004 XL650 V mit LeoVince X3 slip-on silencer ??

Hi
I have just imported a 2004 Honda XL650V Transalp RD11 motorcycle from Italy to Norway.
It is a Replica of Edi Orioli's Desert Transalp made by Boano Racing in Italy.
This bike has chassis number : VTMRD11A04E12XXXX

The motorcycle has a aftermarket LEOVINCE X3 slip-on exhaust silencer produced by the SITO Gruppo Industriale S.p.A with the markings at the end:
LEOVINCE X3 SGI 5167 E13 0176

There where no papers following the bike regarding the silencer and now I have problems to get it registered for road use here in Norway
because the papers I downloaded from the LeoVince site online have only a EU Certificate to download from Luxcontrol in Luxembourg regarding the exhaust.
This state no dB levels or at which revolution per minute and the state office locally tells me that has to be confirmed in writing by a official test station.

Can You please help me with EU documentations (or TÜV) on the measurements ( drawing) of the silencer, the noise level at which rpm?

Looking forward for Your reply.
If the document can be supplied as a copy by e-mail in PDF format, I hope that will do for the local registration office...

Kindest Regards
Arvid Lovik
